When Temur wanted to tell his father all the facts, Kaya said he was a traitor. Khan believed what Kaya said and ordered her arrest. Balamir’s soldiers attacked the Dag. Colpan and Akkiz tried to stop this attack. Batuga asked his uncle to stop the soldiers. Akkiz cut Balamir’s neck with ease and said he now had smallpox. Balamir stopped his soldiers. Mei began to worry about Temur’s life. Batuga sent another message to the palace and frightened Khan.
Alpagu interviewed everyone in the palace, but could not find out who was helping Batuga. Akkiz said the disease was carried by the slaves in the palace. Batuga questioned a sick girl and learned from her Yibek name. Batuga became angry and sent many messages to the palace. Everyone in the palace was more worried about Batuga’s messages. Ece spoke to Temur but failed to convince him. Colpan wanted to go to the council, but Batuga stopped his aunt.
Khan listened briefly to the tribal leaders who came to the palace and later said that they were traitors. Alpagu killed the tribal leaders and went to Temur to speak. Alpagu asked Temur to go to Dag and tell Batuga that he accepted the deal. The leader of the Siberite came to the palace and delivered the message of my claws to Khan.
